At Always Family First Autism Services, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services for those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. We invest in the family system and provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis services to foster the growth and autonomy of the families, children, and support systems in various environments. Our services are based on the strengths and domains of needed support of the families and their autistic children. Our mission
We aim to inspire, support, and educate families with autistic children. We strive to develop positive differences and significantly improve the children's and their families' quality of life. Our commitment to the cohesion and tranquility of the family system is cultivated through the implementation of evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis by compassionate professionals dedicated to empowerment, authenticity, creativity, integrity, and upholding the values of Always Family First Autism Services.

Amanda Knotts, MS. BCBA/LBA
Director, Always Family First Autism Services, LLC.
Amanda Knotts obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University in 2003 and Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2020. She acquired her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in 2021 from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and her Behavior Analyst Licensure in 2023 from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board. Amanda Knotts accomplished these achievements with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis. Amanda is dedicated and driven and has never allowed her ASD to discourage her from chasing her dreams.

Matthew Knotts is a compassionate leader at Always Family First Autism Services. Mathew is dedicated to fostering an environment of commitment and integrity. He inspires the growth of creativity and compassionate care in our Always Family First team. His actions and decisions are informed by Always Family First values, and he is dedicated to excellence in service delivery. Matthew strives to build a team of dedicated individuals who are committed to the fidelity of evidence-based autism services and match their strengths with the needed areas of support for our families and their autistic children.
